1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

If a resolution through negotiation is not reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator jointly appointed by both parties, with the arbitration decision being final and binding.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
